Delivery information
We strive to deliver your package as soon as possible. Please allow 4-8 business days for processing and delivery. In case your desired item is out of stock, we will contact you. You could also send us an e-mail through our contact form. International shipping can take longer then expected.
Transport damage
NEVER accept a damaged package! Received a package and an item is damaged? Make a report at the post office within 24 hours. Then contact us.
Received the wrong item?
Of course, you can return this and we will make sure you will receive the right item as soon as possible.
Ordered the wrong item?
You can post-paid return the item, only if the product is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. We request that you enclose a copy of the purchase invoice, stating your bank account information. We will refund the purchase amount of the products. (See our return and refund policy.)
Received a damaged product?
Received a product that is broken or leaking? We are going to fix that for you! Contact us through our contact page.
Return order
Within 14 days you can return the product, only if it is unopened and unused. Due to hygiene consideration we will NOT take back products that are not intact. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account. Daffie Be Proud will NOT pay the costs. Once we received the returning’s, we will refund the money within 14 days to your bank account.

Return exceptions
Pay attention: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
That are sealed. When the seal is broken, the product becomes not returnable.
Which have been created by the company in accordance with specifications of the consumer.
Which are clearly for personal use.
Which cannot be returned due to their specific nature.
That can spoil quickly.
Of which the price is tied to fluctuations in the financial market on which Daffie Be Proud has no influence.
